Here's how to download your raw data file

Log in to your DNA account

Log in to your DNA testing account on a desktop browser. Raw data download isn't available on mobile apps.

Go to Settings → Download Raw Data

Click on your profile icon → Settings → scroll down to find the "Raw Data" or "Download DNA Data" section.

Download the file

You'll receive a download link to your email. Click it, the file downloads as a .zip or .txt file.

Important: Do not unzip the file. Send us the file exactly as downloaded.

Place your order

Choose your tier from the Services page — a focused Domain Report ($149), Tier 1 DNA Blueprint ($397), Tier 2 Blueprint + Bloodwork ($697), or Tier 3 Full Optimisation ($1,197).
