About
Population averages, generic supplement stacks, wellness protocols designed for the median human, none of it accounts for the fact that your genes determine how you methylate, how you respond to stress, how you process dopamine, and how quickly you age.
I'm Izel. I hold a background in Genetics and Bioengineering with over 10 years in personalised health, not a nutrition certification, not a wellness coaching credential. My training is in molecular biology, gene expression, and the mechanics of how genetic variants translate into real physiological differences between individuals. That's the foundation every protocol I write is built on.
Beyond client work, my active research interest is in CRISPR-based gene therapies, specifically the intersection of non-coding regulatory variants and therapeutic editing strategies. The same genomic framework that underpins every protocol I write is the one I intend to apply in a clinical research context. Genova Lab is not separate from that work. It's the foundation of it: a real-world longitudinal dataset linking genomic, biomarker, and intervention data that simply doesn't exist anywhere else, built because people pay for a service that genuinely solves their problem.
The biohacking space is full of intelligent people making expensive guesses. They stack supplements based on podcasts. They follow protocols designed for someone with a completely different genetic makeup. The information to do this properly exists in the research literature. The problem has always been translation.
Every report I produce is written by me, not generated by software, not outsourced. I read your raw data, cross-reference your variants against the current evidence base, and write you a protocol I would give to a highly intelligent friend who wanted the unfiltered scientific picture.
