All reports, protocols, and content produced by Genova Lab are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing provided by Genova Lab constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Genova Lab is not a licensed medical provider, physician, or genetic counsellor.
You are solely responsible for all health decisions you make based on our reports. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, supplementation, medication, or lifestyle. Genova Lab accepts no liability for any health outcomes arising from the use of our reports or protocols.
Genova Lab offers the following services:
All DNA report purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to the Core Genomic Report and all Domain Reports.
DNA reports are personalised digital deliverables created specifically for each individual client using their unique genetic data. Once work has commenced on your report, it cannot be resold, reassigned, or reused. Under British Columbia's Consumer Protection Act and applicable consumer protection legislation, digital goods that are personalised and have been accessed or delivered are exempt from standard return and refund obligations.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a delivered report is considered a breach of these Terms. In the event of a disputed charge, Genova Lab reserves the right to submit evidence of service delivery — including the completed report, intake form submissions, and email correspondence — to the relevant payment processor.
Clients who initiate chargebacks without first contacting Genova Lab to resolve the matter may be permanently banned from future services.
The Monthly Protocol Review is a structured monthly service, not an open coaching or consulting relationship. The following terms apply:
By purchasing any Genova Lab service, you agree to:
All reports, protocols, content, and materials produced by Genova Lab are the intellectual property of Genova Lab. Your report is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from your report without written permission from Genova Lab.
Your raw DNA data and personal information are used solely for the purpose of producing your report. Genova Lab does not sell, share, or license your genetic data to third parties. Raw DNA files are deleted after report delivery upon request. Aggregate anonymised data may be used for internal research purposes.
Genova Lab operates in compliance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Genova Lab's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Genova Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to health outcomes, lost profits, or data loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
Genova Lab reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
